Enterprise CRM and Voice Integration Consultant

Job Description

Enterprise CRM and Voice Integration Technical Sales Consultant. Responsible for qualifying, developing and closing Natterbox’s range of Cloud Computing services to deliver on revenue goals and supporting key performance indicators.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating resources across functional teams and must demonstrate a collegiate leadership style.

5. Job Objectives

Develop a dependable and predictable pipeline of business capable of meeting revenue goals and maintaining growth.

6. Responsibilities

  • Employ industry, organisational knowledge and resources to qualify enterprise business opportunities through needs analysis for potential Natterbox customers.
  • Develop business cases bridging success gaps through alignment of Natterbox capabilities with the customer’s desired state.
  • Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations and the successful execution of proof of concept deployments.
  • Engage with key decision makers and stakeholders throughout the entire sales process to ensure that customer expectations are met and motivate decision makers to invest in the Natterbox services.
  • Articulate the aggregate of customer engagements into accurate and predictable revenue forecast reports for Natterbox senior management.
  • Effectively coordinate organizational resources to meet KPIs.
  • Deliver on organizational and financial deadlines and commitments.

Education and Qualifications

Essential:

  • “Degree” level intellect
  • Demonstrable record of self education

Experience Essential:

  • 3 years sales experience with CRM or Database products.
  • Ability to present and demonstrate technology solutions in a public forum.
  • Demonstrable successful track record in enterprise and SMB technology sales. Minimum 5 years.

Skills

Essential:

  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to communicate at C-Level management
  • Ability to identify and qualify enterprise business opportunities
  • Ability to manage the sales process across complex political enterprise environments.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Commercial negotiation skills

  • Competence in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics or any other leading CRM product.
  • Competence in SaaS, Cloud Computing technology.
