Job Description

Enterprise CRM and Voice Integration Pre and Post Sales Technical Support. Responsible for supporting our sales team for Natterbox’s range of Cloud Computing services to deliver on revenue goals and other key performance indicators.

2. Reports to Managing Director Asia Pacific

3. Based Sydney, Australia

4. Job Objectives

To support the sales team with pre sales technical consulting to meet financial objectives. Provide post sales support for end user customers and backup tertiary support for our global data centres.

5. Responsibilities

Employ industry and organizational knowledge and resources to assist in the technical qualification of enterprise and SMB business opportunities through needs analysis for potential Natterbox customers.

Assist in the development of business cases bridging technical gaps through alignment of Natterbox capabilities with the customer’s desired state.

Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations and the successful execution and management of proof of concept deployments.

Engage with key technical decision makers and stakeholders throughout the entire sales process to ensure that customer expectations are met.


Experience Essential:

Database admin and Technical support, CRM, Salesforce.com , Microsoft Dynamics a definite advantage.
IP Telephony / telecoms, Networking an advantage.
