My company is looking to allow our clients to have access to their data (mainly text that we store in a MySQL database) so that they can integrate it into any systems they might have. For example, we keep track of a number of web forms that people use to contact them (time, date, company, contact, e-mail, phone number, etc). I'd love to give them access to this data so that they can integrate it with their existing CRM solution. . . I know that I need to be more specific about what kind of solutions they're working with, but can someone help me with the first steps about how to do this?.
