Overview

Financial firms require FSA compliant recording from 14th November 2011. This service addresses that requirement.

A secure web portal allows administrators to set recording, blocking and re-direction policies for their entire mobile user base, group(s) of users and individual users. The same portal can also give nominated ‘data custodians’ audited access to mobile recordings instantly.

There is no need to install software on phones, meaning that the service is phone agnostic and completely secure from users circumventing the recording.

Optional messages can be applied on each call to both the caller and callee reminding them that the call is being recorded.
