Financial firms must comply with the FSA policy change that came into force on 14th November 2011 stating that all mobile phone conversations must be recorded. Natterbox offers secure, on-network mobile call recording service with no apps. The service is entirely cloud based so there is no software to install or hardware to purchase. This means the service is phone agnostic and it is completely secure from users circumventing the recording.

A secure web portal allows administrators to set recording, blocking and re-direction policies for their entire mobile user base, group(s) of users or individual users. It can also give nominated data custodians secure, audited access to mobile recordings, instantly. Optional messages can be applied to remind callers that the call is being recorded.
