Overview

Natterbox’s Hosted private branch exchange (PBX) offers dedicated telecoms support for a business, operated entirely off site. The system offers many benefits for telephone users but none of the upfront charges and maintenance charges associated with traditional systems.

Extensions aren’t limited geographically, and an extension can be anything from a mobile phone to a PC. Better still, Natterbox works with customers to ensure they get the calls they want, and avoid the ones they don’t – ensuring that cold sales calls are effectively routed, while important callers reach the right person with minimal effort.
