IT Specialist Covenco Recovery Services Selects Natterbox as Telephony Solution Provider

London – 30th October 2017, Natterbox today announced that Covenco Recovery Services, one the UK’s leading IT Disaster Recovery specialists, has chosen Natterbox as their preferred telephony provider. Covenco Recovery Services will be deploying Natterbox Advanced Voice Services (AVS) as their telephony solution.

Built on the Salesforce Platform, AVS reduces dependencies on telecoms and IT and puts the phone system into the hands of administrators who can enable, configure and run their entire organisations phone system and contact centre from a single platform, leveraging customer data to meet growing expectations for immediate and personalised service.
