Alongside our partner Salesforce, as of 25 March 2020, Natterbox CEO and Co-Founder Neil Hammerton is supporting employees at this time by taking a 90 day no layoff pledge.
Natterbox has a COVID-19 policy and measures that we have communicated internally to staff. Natterbox is following government regulations and advice in all of the countries in which we operate, including travel restrictions, travel advice, sickness reporting, hygiene measures, and isolation procedures.
We shall observe any visitor’s policies or restrictions requested.
The situation is evolving and we will continue to monitor the situation and amend our policy as required. Our first priority, now and always, is the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate.
Wildlife Victoria, a community Wildlife Emergency Response service has been a supporter of Natterbox for many years, being one of our first Australian customers.
For more than 30 years they have offered an extensive state-wide service that relies on a network of rescue, transport volunteers and veterinarians, who provide pro-bono services for wildlife, and the licenced carers and shelters, who accept animals into their care for rehabilitation and release.
The impact of the catastrophic Australian bushfires has been devastating to the unique native fauna and, Wildlife Victoria’s resources and volunteers has been stretched to the absolute limit. This was our opportunity to give back, with every dollar and pound raised by our staff was matched by Natterbox.

For the past two years, Natterbox has hosted its Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament at North Avenue Beach. With over 150 attendees this year, this is our largest event in Chicago. Each team plays for a chance to donate the money raised to the charity of their choice. Teaming up with Salesforce, PROLIFIQ, Financial Force, and Ad Victoriam Solutions, Natterbox and the partners raised over $3,500. This year, the team Serve-Aces Por Favor won, and were undefeated, donating their winnings to Friends of Public Education.
We hold a Natterbox Summer Experience day each year to promote team-building, networking with clients, and to support a variety of charities.
Summer Experience 2019
Natterbox were pleased to welcome partners and customers to our charity Summer Experience again this year. Raising money for the Lily Pad Appeal, part of Chartwell Cancer Trust, we carried out a charity auction and our guests enjoyed flights in microlights, light aircraft and helicopters, as well as quad bike rides and water zorbing. A great day, enjoyed by all which helped us raise £10,000 for a very worthwhile cause.
Summer Experience 2018
Our 2018 Summer Experience raised £1412 for Wooden Spoon Children’s Charity, Action for Children and Rays of Sunshine.

The Natterbox Team climbed One Croydon 150 times (the equivalent of Mount Everest) to raise money for Wooden Spoon in support of their own Mount Everest climb. The Wooden Spoon Children’s charity supports disadvantaged and disabled children with such things as specialist playgrounds, sports activity areas and equipment and community based programmes.
Every Christmas, Natterbox supports Evolve Housing & Support in giving 700 homeless people in and around Croydon a Christmas gift.
60% of the homeless living in local hostels are male and 55% are aged between 18 and 25 years old, it was nice to give something back at Christmas and remember those less fortunate than ourselves. You can still donate to Evolve Housing + Support below.
Every quarter we look for a new charity to support. If you would like to be considered, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Giving young people a chance to enter the job market is important to us and we take our responsibility seriously. Every year we work with Step Forward, part of The Challenge to recruit four apprentices who take turns in different departments over the course of a year. We’re pleased to say that most of our apprentices are still with us as full time employees.
Natterbox are committed to minimising our carbon footprint. We emphasise this culture day to day with recycling for example right through to choosing ethical partners and contractors to work with us.
