Natterbox aims to build and maintain a culture of excellence in health and safety, and also to create an environment in which all employees contribute to and support a culture of respect for each other.

We are hoping to raise a lot of money for Wooden Spoon by collectively climbing Mount Everest over the summer... in Croydon!
Natterbox are based in No 1 Croydon on the 23rd floor. We've done the maths, and have worked out that to climb the height of Everest, we will have to collectively climb the building 145 times.
We are doing this to support a wonderful charity - The Wooden Spoon Children's charity, which supports disadvantaged and disabled children with such things as specialist playgrounds, sports activity areas and equipment and community based programmes.
Last Christmas, Natterbox were proudly supported Evolve Housing & Support assisting in giving 700 homeless people in and around Croydon a Christmas gift.
60% of the homeless living in local hostels are male and 55% are aged between 18 and 25 years old, it was nice to give something back at Christmas and remember those less fortunate than ourselves. You can still donate to Evolve Housing + Support below.
These are some of the ways your donation will help the homeless people living in the supported hostels:
- Pays for a Level 1 in ICT Certificate
- Pays for a weekly travel card for attending training or work experience
- Pays for a Level 1 in Food & Hygiene Certificate
- Pays for a pair of trainers for young people on Football Training
- A week pays for a hostel to run a cooking club
- Pays for a First Aid certificate qualification
- Pays for a Welcome Start Pack, including toiletries and basic kitchen set
- Pays for a second hand laptop for a homeless person on a training course

Giving young people a chance to enter the job market is important to us and we take our responsibility seriously. Every year we work with Step Forward, part of The Challenge to recruit four apprentices who take turns in different departments over the course of a year. We’re pleased to say that most of our apprentices are still with us as full time employees.
Natterbox are committed to minimising our carbon footprint. We emphasise this culture day to day with recycling for example right through to choosing ethical partners and contractors to work with us.
