Services will be delivered on the date requested by customers. Hardware will be delivered to customer premises within 3 working days of payment.
A full refund for unwanted hardware will be issued providing the hardware is returned within 14 days of purchase. Cancellation of a service contract will be in accordance to the accepted Master Services Agreement (MSA).
