The Lucy Rose Clinic, Changing Patients’ Lives One Telehealth Conversation at a Time

Sydney, 15th May 2020: The Lucy Rose Clinic continues to grow to be leaders in integrative health, specialising in thyroid conditions. Founded in 2012 by Lucy Herron, with a vision is to change healthcare, not only nationwide but on a global scale using integrative health solutions. They have now rolled out Natterbox’s cloud-based telephony and contact centre solution for its team of qualified and experienced experts.

The Lucy Rose Clinic provide up to 1000 telehealth consultations every month and decided to adopt Salesforce Service Cloud to support their growth. However, their existing phone system lacked CRM integration options and was not able to scale with their business. A fully integrated phone system and contact centre, integrated with Salesforce Health Cloud, which was scalable, stable and reliable was imperative to the Lucy Rose Clinic decision.

The Lucy Rose Clinic started with 4 clinics and now have 13 nationwide. In response to the pandemic, their highly competent team are currently offering a full telehealth service, with free 15 minute consultations. Therefore good call quality and the ability to connect callers to their data is imperative for a seamless conversation.
