Tour Operator VIVID Travel Selects Natterbox as Telephony Provider

London – 27th November 2017 – newly launched bespoke tour operator, VIVID Travel www.vivid.travel has selected Natterbox as its telephony provider. Natterbox Advanced Voice Services (AVS) will enable VIVID Travel to provide clients with the highest level of customer services via an intelligent telephony system which provides a tailored telephony experience from within Salesforce™.

The brainchild of Kane Pirie and Adam Gill, previously CEO and CTO of Travel Republic, VIVID Travel offers a vast range of holiday experiences that can be combined into one trip and will open up bespoke holidays to Asia, Latin America and Africa to a wider market. The business is built around ‘Travel Designers’ who source and design individually created holidays for customers based on in-depth knowledge of the relevant countries having lived in these countries themselves.
