Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, technology-savvy digital marketer to join an award winning cloud telephony business as part of the growing marketing team.

This will be the first or second role for ideal candidates and you will be fascinated by all things digital, enjoy learning about technology, have an understanding of/interest in modern web development and have a good grasp of the digital marketing landscape – all Social Channels, PPC, content writing and more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day execution of content marketing, remarketing, influencer outreach, social media posting and interaction, and social campaigns
  • Monitor social outreach, competitive and other relevant posts
  • Contribute and assist in the development of the digital marketing strategy with up to date ideas and suggestions to increase goal completions (conversion rate)
  • Provide advice and guidance to the business on digital best practice
  • Plan & oversee the development and implementation of both blog content and digital strategies driving new customer sales and customer retention
  • Manage and implement the marketing of Natterbox services across all digital platforms
  • Apply the learnings and insights from past projects and initiatives into new/ongoing activities – constantly optimising, testing and learning
  • Maximise ROI of Digital marketing spend

Experience

Essential:

  • Knowledge about digital marketing processes, especially around traffic acquisition and lead conversion
  • Experience in social media marketing (organic and paid), content creation and analysing/improving the user experience
  • Comfortable working with metrics, user experience and conversion optimisation

Desirable:

  • Salesforce CRM experience
  • Marketing automation experience (ideally Pardot)
  • Experience in web technologies and updating websites (WordPress, HTML, CSS) 
  • Experience in a Cloud / Telco environment
  • Ability to write good content

Skills

Essential:
  • Core competences in Digital / On-line marketing.
  • Digitally-savvy and interested and competent in all aspects of digital (products, platforms, search, technology, social etc.)
  • Ability to understand the target audience, adapt quickly, manage stakeholder needs
  • Strong experience across most aspects of digital marketing but has aptitude to develop additional skills
  • Collaborative approach to building digital solutions
  • Prioritisation skills to ensure projects are kept on track
