Implementation Engineer

Working in the Deployment team, Implementation Engineers are responsible for the successful deployment all technical requirements of Natterbox’s SalesForce embedded Telecoms technologies and the provision of professional services to customers.

Education and Qualifications


  • “Degree” level of intellect


  • Salesforce Administrator / Developer Certification
  • CCNA qualification or better


  • Overall responsibility for technical delivery of projects
  • Daily management of assigned project actions
  • Solution architecture – proposing and implementing robust technical solutions to align with customer business processes
  • Provide technical management for customers throughout the deployment of the service to ensure the project achieves deployment timescales and quality objectives.
  • Provide technical support and relationship management for customers during provisioning phase
  • Work closely with Project management, support and engineering to manage issues and remove roadblocks to the project
  • Attend site (mainland Europe and potentially globally) to provide onsite assistance during the rollout



  • 2 years’ relevant technical experience
  • Experience in a similar implementation or solution architect role
  • Experience working with cloud technology
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce


  • Experience of administering hosted VOIP system
  • Demonstrable experience in a VOIP Service Provider/ Telco environment
  • Grounding in security including VPNs and firewalls
  • TLS/SSL understanding especially in context of SIP/ RTP / WebRTC
  • Detailed understanding of DNS, TCP/ IP & NAT in a WAN environment
