Job Description

Working in the Solution Delivery team, Solution Design Engineers are responsible for delivering Natterbox’s Salesforce embedded telecoms solution to our customers. You will provide in depth design, planning, testing and delivery of our product and provide guidance on how to best optimise business processes alongside Natterbox. Work with customer IT teams to ensure end to end IP networks are sufficient and help troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. You will be committed to providing the very best in customer service, be business savvy and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for technical delivery of projects
  • Daily management of assigned project actions
  • Solution architecture – proposing and implementing robust technical solutions to align with customer business processes
  • Provide guidance on configuration and call centre design
  • Complete configuration, implementation and testing of Natterbox services
  • Provide technical support and relationship management for customers immediately following delivery
  • Complete detailed design documentation
  • Work closely with Management, Customer Support and Engineering to manage issues and remove roadblocks to the project
  • Attend site (mainland Europe and potentially globally) to provide onsite assistance

Education and Qualifications

Essential:

“Degree” level of intellect

Desirable:

Salesforce Administrator / Developer Certification
CCNA qualification or better

Experience

Essential:

  • 2 years’ relevant technical experience
  • Experience in a similar solution delivery or consultant role
  • Experience working with cloud technology
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce

Desirable:

  • Experience in design and delivery of complex Call Centre solutions
  • Experience of configuring and supporting hosted VOIP systems, and end to end IP hardware
  • Demonstrable experience in a VOIP Service Provider/ Telco environment
  • Grounding in security including VPNs and firewalls
  • Working knowledge of TLS/SSL especially in context of SIP/ RTP / WebRTC
  • Detailed understanding of DNS, TCP/ IP & NAT in a WAN environment

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders to achieve joint outcomes
  • Have a determined “can do” attitude and be willing to work on ad hoc projects and tasks as required
